This is a translation for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Through the purchase form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, station, email, phone and the content of your message.

3. Purpose

We use this data to answer your request, send you information and a quote for ZaraStudio and, where applicable, process your order. It will not be used for any other purpose and no automated decisions will be made.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

5. Recipients

The form is sent through the FormSubmit service, which acts as data processor to deliver the message to info@todofm.com. This provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

If you place an order, the strictly necessary data may be shared with Kero Systems S.L., manufacturer of ZaraStudio, to issue the license, and with the courier company that ships the USB key, which may be Nacex, GLS, FedEx or DHL depending on the destination. We do not share data with third parties for other purposes, unless legally required.

6. Retention

We will keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@todofm.com or to our postal address. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
